Overview

Quantity Surveyor (Senior) | Meath, Louth & Dublin (North)

€100k+, Car, Bonus, Pension, Benefits (tailored to suit)

Role and Projects

With main contractor and leading property developer across Leinster, projects including:

- Residential and canal-side mixed-use development.

- 24-month residential, multi-phase to 5 floors with preservation/conservation of existing listed structures on site.

- Various projects in Meath, Louth & North Dublin in the pharma, data, industrial, educational, healthcare & commercial sectors.

- Refurbishment, fit out & restoration projects to listed structures including hotels and state buildings across the region.

Other Roles

- Intermediate QS also for the Leinster region, projects to €15m.

- Estimator to be based in Head Office.

Experience and Qualifications

Proven commercial skills associated with projects listed above. Previous experience of public works contracts is an advantage but not necessary.
