Defining success metrics, tracking performance, and gathering post-launch feedback for continual improvement.
Ensuring that new features are well-documented, communicated, and supported internally and externally.
Cross-functional Collaboration Acting as the bridge between commercial teams, technical teams, and end-users.
Championing the customer voice within the organisation.
Supporting internal enablement by providing product knowledge, demos, and training materials.
What you’ll need 5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager (or Senior PM) in a SaaS or fintech environment.
Strong understanding of accounting, finance processes, or ERP/financial management systems.
Proven expertise in purchase-to-pay (P2P) processes within a SaaS-based product.
Experience integrating with e-payments platforms, assessing options in the marketplace, and driving strategies to embed and monetise them.
Exposure to AP automation solutions, including OCR tools (e.g. Klippa or similar), and familiarity with AI-driven approaches (e.g. RAG) for enriching supplier datasets and payments.
