Our client is seeking an experienced Transfer Agency (TA) Supervisor / Managerto join their dynamic team in Dublin. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a UCITS Management Company and Fund Administrator, focusing on end-to-end operational processes, client service, and compliance. As a TA Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service standards, driving operational improvements, and supervising a team to achieve excellence in investor services. This position is perfect for individuals with a strong background in transfer agency operations and a keen interest in delivering high-quality financial services. The Job Review and authorize new account openings, investor transactions, and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance within required timeframes. Supervise the dispatch of investor correspondence, maintaining exceptional service standards and minimizing errors. Manage and resolve client, fund manager, and valuations department queries promptly, adhering to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Oversee daily reconciliation of umbrella cash accounts, addressing exceptions and ensuring compliance with FATCA/CRS reporting requirements. Supervise and guide team members, conducting regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews to support their professional growth. The Candidate Demonstrated 2-3 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role within Transfer Agency, with proven people leadership capabilities in an operational environment. Comprehensive understanding of Investor Services processes and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures. Experience in system migrations and driving operational improvements through technical innovation. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, investors, and senior management.
