Cpl Healthcare is excited to announce a number of great opportunities to work with our client in the disability sector.

We are seeking Community Support Workers - New Directions and Outreach for Day Services based in Kildare: Clane and Naas.

Hours would be predominantly based Monday to Friday with some shifts on Saturdays if required.

As part of your role, you will:

- Empower Service Users to live independent lives in their home and the community.
- Support the development and delivery of the person-centred plan
- Develop community partnerships to foster active citizenship in line with service user goals and wishes.
- Transport service users to access the community.
- Be responsible for Key Worker duties i.e. weekly administration, advocacy, liaising with families and develop and implement person-centred plans.

The perfect candidate will:

- Hold a relevant QQI relevant qualification - minimum Level 5 in Healthcare or relevant
- Experience working with service users in the disability sector
- Be over the age of 18
- Have a full clean manual driving license with access to own vehicle for work purposes.
- Have an excellent command of spoken and written English
- Have previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or in relevant sector
