- Dublin 15 Are you ready to join a dynamic team and play a crucial role in ensuring next level quality in a fast-paced logistics environment? Our client seeks a QA professional dedicated to following good distribution processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) and who has extensive experience with CAPAs/Audits and process improvements.

Do you have experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role? Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures precisely.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and quality management systems (QMS).

Experience with CAPAs & Validation is essential.

Internal & external audit experience is required.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: Support validation activities, including mapping studies and protocol execution.

Communicate with key stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Identify and implement training to ensure proper and efficient completion of all quality functions.

Use continuous improvement tools to instigate actions for improvements.

Conduct internal audits/self-inspections according to the Annual Audit Schedule.

Manage Health & Safety in accordance with all quality related initiatives. xlwxzce

Champion CAPA requirements of the organisation and proactively engage all stakeholders Problem solve using a defined problem solving technique & detailed Root Cause Analysis to ensure timely completion of all corrective actions Resolve quality issues by identifying problems, examining solution options, implementing action plans, and providing resources.
