Bar Manager

Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Bar Manager for one of our well-established clients in Co. Kerry.

The main responsibilities for the role will be the overall management, running and service of a busy bar & function area. You will work as part of a team ensuring exceptional service to customers of a very well-established business popular with locals and tourists alike with a fantastic reputation for drink, food, music, and service.

REQUIREMENTS

1. 3+ Years Hospitality Management experience in busy hotel or busy bar environment with a strong work ethic.
2. Experience with Function Planning – large groups for celebrations.
3. Experience with Stock Management, Stock Control and Ordering.
4. Experience with Food Service for Functions Essential.
5. Previous experience with using Social Media to Promote Business preferred but not essential.
6. Ability to manage and work within a team as well as on your own initiative.
7. Flexible with working 5 days per week / 40 hours which will include days, nights, and weekends.

PACKAGE ON OFFER

1. Competitive salary from €35K to €37K per year dependent on experience.
2. Flexible Roster.
