Our Sales & Advisory team play a key role in supporting this vision. Key Accountabilities Welcome and assist all customers visiting the branch. Process payments, withdrawals, lodgements, and other day-to-day banking transactions at the cash desk. Support customers in setting up and maintaining accounts. Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in person. Promote appropriate financial products and services to meet customer needs. Direct customers to the right colleague for specialised financial queries. Assist customers with IT systems for updating account details. Complete general administrative tasks accurately and efficiently. What You Will Bring: Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and represent AIB with professionalism and expertise. A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. A collaborative approach, working effectively with colleagues across the organisation to achieve shared goals. Ability to fulfil customer requests, resolve issues, and respond promptly across multiple channels.
