Purpose of the Post:
Coordinate the day-to-day provision of alcohol-specific supports, mapped to the Integrated Care Pathway, and delivered through partnership in a ‘hub-and-spoke’ approach, across two Integrated Health Areas of Dublin North City & West and Dublin North County.
Line management
Be responsible for timely and accurate data entry to National Drug Treatment Reporting System, and collate accurate KPI reporting as requested.
Development of digital solutions for referral management and central referral office alignment.
