Based in Dublin as a Senior Compliance Officer you will be leading and enhancing the Compliance Framework. You'll work closely with senior leadership, mentor a talented team, and drive compliance excellence throughout the business.

What You’ll Do:

- Take charge of the Compliance Monitoring Program, ensuring compliance with MiFID II and internal policies.
- Manage the full life-cycle of compliance testing, from planning through to reporting, driving continuous improvement.
- Handle regulatory requests with precision, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

About You:

- Excellent understanding and working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance.
- Previous experience in a 2nd line role.
- Confident dealing with regulators and answering any queries in relation to Compliance.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
