Catalyx is seeking a Warehouse Distribution Specialist to join our team and work on our customer site in Dublin. Responsibilities: Perform routine administrative and/or physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of our customers products/inventory using customers Oracle EBS system Input information regarding the movement and handling of products in a computerized inventory system and organise and maintain accurate records associated with Distribution activities. Perform routine transactions associated with Distribution processes through internal and external computer systems Adhere consistently to SOPs and cGMPs Escalate deviations in process or product to FSP Manager, to ensure on-time delivery of material and return of rejected or unsuitable orders Preparation and shipment of product from the customers distribution centre Preparation and rejection of product at the customers warehouse Notifies relevant departments as items are received, sampled, shipped or processed, as required Physically examine incoming or outgoing shipments, products or samples to ensure they meet specifications and match paperwork and identify and record deviations, and escalate to the FSP Manager Support batch record documentation preparation for primary and secondary packaging operations Perform/support the completion of production investigations for quality & compliance management Operate machinery to perform, routine physical handling of items, including assembling packaging, affixing shipping labels and instructions to packaging, moving shipments Perform basic tasks associated with sampling of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), excipients and packaging components & identifies and escalates deviations to FSP Manager Deliver on agreed KPIs and metrics Other duties as requested Requirements: A relevant Level 6 qualification or specific industry experience Minimum of one year relevant industrial experience in a cGMP related industry Strong SAP knowledge Demonstrates familiarity with written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Master Batch Records while recognising deviations from accepted practice Forklift licenses and used to operating heavy equipment is essential Excellent written and spoken communication skills with established interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Demonstrates ability to follow direction and work with only moderate supervision Proven attention to detail?
