Overview Join to apply for the Payment Operational Resiliency Sr Lead Analyst (Hybrid) role at Citi.
What you will do Strategic Vision & Leadership: Define and drive the payments product strategy to embed operational resilience from design through to delivery and ongoing management for all UK and EMEA payments services.
Subject matter expert and trusted advisor to senior leadership and across the firm on payments operational resilience, including driving resiliency assessments and improvement initiatives.
Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable product development roadmaps and operational processes.
Engage with all levels of the firm across multiple lines of business to serve as an experienced advisor on operational resilience.
Regulatory Compliance & Engagement: Ensure compliance of all new and existing payments products and services with UK and EMEA operational resilience regulations; lead engagement with regulatory bodies and audits.
Monitor regulatory developments and proactively adapt product and operational strategies to continuously improve the Payments Operational Resilience framework for global compliance and process optimization.
Resilience Framework Development & Implementation: Lead initiatives for the EMEA cluster, providing oversight across in-scope jurisdictions and strengthening resilience planning across the Payments Business.
Facilitate consistency across Payments CBSs/IBS within supported jurisdictions, map interdependencies, and set impact tolerances.
Develop and implement robust product and operational frameworks for incident response, recovery, and business continuity planning specific to payments.
Drive scenario testing and stress testing to validate resilience and identify remediation actions.
Manage and participate in strategic initiatives to strengthen the firm/'s resilience framework and capabilities.
Product & Service Lifecycle Integration: Partner with product development, technology, and operations teams to embed resilience principles into the end-to-end lifecycle of payments products.
Risk Management & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Audit to identify, assess, and mitigate operational resilience risks; oversee remediation of resilience gaps.
Support governance roles in resilience and risk committees to drive resilience assurance and mitigation activities; promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications Extensive relative experience
Knowledge of marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, and/or analytics
Ability to work unsupervised and adapt priorities quickly
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Clear and concise written and verbal communication
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
