Associate specialising in Commercial law including Commercial, Data Protection & Digital Regulation to join our fast-growing team in Dublin.

We are looking for a person who has some experience working in a high-performance environment, with experience in commercial contracts, privacy and / or regulatory or advisory work.

You will work with our commercial team in Ireland, and across our network worldwide, from Ireland. You will also be involved in the coordination of cross-border projects. You will enjoy working in a way that supports our client/'s strategic objectives, whilst being practical and commercial, and to have some fun along the way.
Responsibilities
Contribute to commercial contracts, privacy and / or regulatory or advisory work in a high-performance environment.
Collaborate with the commercial team in Ireland and across the Bird & Bird network on cross-border projects.
Advise clients across a range of sectors on commercial, data protection and digital regulation matters.
Support business development opportunities and maintain a practical, commercial approach to applying the law.
Qualifications
Some experience in a high-performance environment, with experience in commercial contracts, privacy and / or regulatory or advisory work.
Ability to work across cross-border projects and teams.
