Corporate Tax Director | Top 10 Firm | Dublin

Our client, a leading professional services firm in Ireland, is seeking a Corporate Tax Director to join their growing team. With ambitious growth plans and a strong presence in multiple locations, they offer an excellent opportunity to work with clients of all sizes and provide comprehensive tax services.

As a Corporate Tax Director, you will play a key role in handling complex technical issues and delivering innovative solutions to challenging tax matters. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic tax advice, leading client engagements, and actively participating in business development and marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, both locally and globally, to ensure exceptional client service and contribute to the firm's growth.

About you —

1. AITI qualified and/or a qualified accountant with a minimum of seven years of post-qualification experience in the financial services sector.
2. Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to effectively lead and inspire teams.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
4. Strong technical background and up-to-date knowledge of corporate tax legislation and regulations.
5. Exceptional organizational and planning capabilities to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
6. Proven ability to provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
7. Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering tailored tax solutions and excellent service.
