Role:

You will be responsible for leading a team, managing project delivery and quality. You must be able to work closely with clients across a range of sectors.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead all aspects of small to large complex projects.
2. Manage all (Civil and Structural) requirements of projects, in accordance with client requirements and current regulations.
3. Lead and develop employees in accordance with OCSC HR policies.
4. Manage and coordinate project resources (weekly).
5. Manage client expectations and attend client meetings.
