My client is a dynamic and award-winning leader in the furniture wholesaling industry, established in 2010 with production facilities in Vietnam, China, and India.
They specialize in exclusive ranges of bedroom, living, and dining furniture, supplying top-quality products to furniture stores across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily administrative duties, including processing sales orders, generating picking lists, and coordinating with the warehouse for timely dispatch.
- Provide front-line reception support by answering, screening, and directing incoming calls while maintaining a high standard of service to all customers.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by addressing queries swiftly and professionally, maintaining clear communication via phone and email, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional products.
- Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service and reception duties.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- High attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
