Tax Assistant Manager | TV and Film Sector | Dublin 2

Our client, a well-established tax firm, is currently seeking a Tax Assistant Manager to join their Dublin tax department. This exciting role will involve working with the firm's impressive Film and Television client base and supporting the team with delivering high-quality tax consulting and compliance services.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the corporation tax affairs of other companies and groups within the sector.

- 35-hour working week with flexibility around core hours of 10am-4pm

Main Responsibilities —

- Reviewing and submitting income and corporation tax returns
- Delivering tax advisory services to clients
- Advising on a wide range of tax issues, including global mobility, employment tax, IP migration, property transactions, and cross-border VAT issues
- Reviewing and submitting Film and Television and Digital Gaming Tax Credit Claims
- Advising clients on the conditions of qualifying for these claims
- Reviewing production structures to ensure compliance
- Managing the corporation tax affairs of other companies and groups within the sector

About you —

- Experienced multi-discipline tax adviser who is already operating as an Assistant Manager
- Excellent technical and organizational skills
- Previous experience at the Assistant Manager level in a tax role, preferably in a Top 20 or boutique firm
- Educated to at least degree level with a relevant professional qualification (CTA/AITI/ACA/ACCA)
