Duties & Responsibilities:
To carry out duties required for hospital compliance with FMD legislation.
To be involved in the management and delivery of a comprehensive, top-up service for wards and departments.
To manage and audit ward stock sheets and over-night log book and update as required.
To dispense prescriptions for outpatients and staff as may be appropriate under supervision of a pharmacist.
To participate in the checking of cardiac resuscitation boxes/trays and to update records as appropriate.
To ensure that Opening and End of Day Procedures as stated in SOP, are carried out regularly.
To rotate between pharmacy technician duties as advised by the Director of Pharmacy Services.
