Your Role Will Include:
Supporting individuals with mental health conditions in a safe, therapeutic environment
Building therapeutic relationships and promoting recovery-oriented care
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement care
Administering medication and managing mental health interventions
Upholding best practices in safeguarding, documentation, and patient advocacy

Requirements:
NMC Registration as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN)
Clinical experience in mental health or related settings
