Role Summary & Role Description We are seeking a Software developer for enhancement and maintenance of one or more of our IAM modules. Provide engineering, troubleshooting assistance to customer support teams and other development teams. As an application support engineer, you will: work on maintenance and support in-house IAM applications and expected work in shifts. What you will be responsible for:- Development activities include development, proposing architectural decisions, participating in design, review, coding, and implementation Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues escalated from L1 and L2 support teams. As part of development team to identify and address software defects and system performance issues. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring problems and implement long-term solutions. Ensure system stability and reliability by monitoring critical infrastructure and applications. Provide guidance and mentorship to L1 and L2 support engineers. Document solutions, troubleshooting procedures, and technical knowledge for future reference. Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical incidents. What we value These skills will help you succeed in this role Strong programming and scripting background in languages such as Java, Spring framework, React etc. N-tier application architecture Strong background in multiple disciplines with an engineering mindset In-depth knowledge of one of the following RDBMS: Oracle or MS SQL Server Experience working in an agile environment and familiar with various SDLC models including Scrum, Kanban, etc. Familiar with tools like Jira. Familiarity with all elements of applications structures, including Front End, Back End, Networking etc. Demonstrated problem solving abilities involving multi-tiered, high-performance database applications. Experience with MicroServices - API/Event Driven Architecture/Development Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and toolsets.
