Key Responsibilities AsChief Executive Officer, you will: Maintain the Galway Advertiser as thepreferred media of choice for the promotion of local and national businesses. Develop ourdigital and online offering to maximise returns for our advertising partners. Lead adedicated management team across all areas of newspaper and digital publishing. Identify and pursuenew opportunities for future company growth and expansion. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for an exceptional leader who can bring vision, energy, and resilience to the role. The successful candidate will have: A proven track record ofsenior leadership in media, retail, or a similar sector. Strongcommercial and financial acumen, with experience managing performance at a senior level. The ability toidentify opportunities, provide strategic direction, and lead an organisation through change and expansion. Acustomer-focused approach, ensuring delivery for our advertising base and building strong relationships with the Galway business community. Drive, resilience, and motivational skills to manage people and inspire our dedicated team.
