Angular Frontend Developer

Department: Public Sector & Utilities (Ireland)
Job Description
Responsibilities

Developing high-performance, reusable, and maintainable front-end components using Angular (16+ or higher)

Working closely with UI/UX teams to build modern, user-friendly interfaces

Developing in accordance with Clean Code, SOLID principles, and best practices

Providing technical mentorship to junior/mid-level developers within the team

Taking an active role in code review processes

Integrating with RESTful API services

Conducting performance optimization, security, and testing processes

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of front-end development, at least 3+ years of Angular experience

Expertise in TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx, or similar state management libraries

Experience with HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS/SASS), and modern UI frameworks (Bootstrap, Material, etc.)

Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, Cypress)

Git and Experience in CI/CD processes

Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork skills
