Shipping and Customs Clearance Dublin 11 Hybrid Working Post Probation €32,000 - €35,000 We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Customs Clearance and Shipping Professional to join our logistics team based in Dublin 11. Role Requirements: Shipping and Customs Clearance duties are to support monitoring of vessel and container movements, highlighting potential delays to senior staff. Prepare and check basic customs and shipping documents under supervision. Support the clearance team with the timely receipt of produce from third-party countries. Learn and apply customs regulations and procedures, ensuring accurate record-keeping. Work alongside warehouse and operations teams to align logistics processes. Work closely with Sales/Commercial to understand delivery requirements. Communicate shipment status updates to colleagues and escalate issues as needed. Take an active role in learning import/export regulations and industry best practices. Candidate Requirements: Some knowledge of logistics or shipping is desirable. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn customs clearance processes and compliance requirements. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar tools Third level education in Logistics and / or Customs Clearance Two years experience in Administration / Logistics EXET22 INDCAT2 Skills: logistics shipping customs clearance administration
