EHR Service Specialist Pharmacy & Oncology An opportunity has arisen in ourElectronic Health Records (EHR) department as a EHR Service Specialist Pharmacy & Oncology. This is a 6 month, fixed term contract. An EHR Pharmacy Specialist plays a critical role in integrating pharmacy workflows within an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This role ensures medication management processes are accurate, efficient, compliant, and patientsafe. Duties & Responsibilities: The main areas of the core competencies for an EHR Pharmacy Specialist are: Technical Competencies Clinical Knowledge Workflow Optimization & Process Improvement Data Management & Reporting Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge Patient Safety & Quality Improvement Training & User Support Security & Data Privacy Technology Integration Skills & Qualifications: Experience BPharm, MPharm or equivalent MSc in clinical pharmacy or equivalent an advantage Registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) Experience in an oncology pharmacy department and ACU. Experience and involvement in clinical trials. Minimum 1 years of successful experience in a in an IT / Data / Systems department in a business of sufficient scale and complexity Successful experience in delivering performance improvement initiatives Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Interpersonal skills Strong level of energy and drive to impact and deliver A doer attitude, ability and desire to rollup his/her sleeves and get things done, drive for result A strong team player, able to grow and inspire his/her team and beyond A collaborator of the highest level, able to bring people together to progress tactical and strategic initiatives Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
