On behalf of our client, we are inviting an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Manager to join a well-respected care of the elderly facility in Galway. This is a chance to take on a rewarding leadership role where you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents while supporting and inspiring your team. What youll be doing Leading by example, upholding care centre policies and best clinical practices while working closely with the Director of Nursing to enhance care standards Reviewing and managing individualised care plans, with a proactive approach to resident wellbeing (falls, pressure ulcers and other clinical needs) Ensuring safe and effective medication management, supervising staff, completing audits and liaising with GPs and pharmacies Supporting, mentoring and guiding Staff Nurses and Care Assistants, contributing to ongoing training and professional development Carrying out regular audits to maintain compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations What you bring Registration with the NMBI (live register) Previous management experience or leadership training (a plus but not essential) Strong communication, organisational and decision-making skills A natural ability to motivate others and foster teamwork Self-motivation, resilience and a results-focused approach Why apply?
