Job Type Casual Category H W Central Location Limerick City, County Limerick, Ireland Job Details Role Title: Urgent Care Administrator Role Location: Limerick An exciting role has arisen within Vhi for position of Administrator at Vhi Limerick. Vhi Health & Wellbeing has been established to develop medical, health and wellbeing services for our customers. This role will be working locum shifts as and when is needed These positions are to cover various shifts and may suit someone looking for part time/flexible hours. As our service is provided to our patients between the hours of 8:00am - 10:00pm, 365 days per year, flexibility to work across a rolling roster, is a must. Role Purpose: Provide an excellent level of service to patients and customers attending the clinic. Manage all communications in a respectful and courteous manner e.g face-to-face, phones, email, etc. Ensuring all patient information is entered accurately and computerized patient files are updated and secured accordingly Organise and book patient appointments & advise of costs in relation to the range of VHI Healthcare policies. Responsible for the smooth running of the Reception area and provide support to cross-functional team members Provide support to the Clinic Manager and carry out any other duties as outlined on an Ad-hoc basis Education & Experience: Experience in an administrative or customer facing role Demonstrated capability in a customer facing environment is essential Previous experience in a healthcare setting would be an advantage but is not essential Skills and Abilities: Patient and customer focused and demonstrating related skills Excellent communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Good IT Skills - MicroSoft Office Demonstrated alignment with Vhi Values Vhi is an equal opportunities employer.
