We have an exciting opportunity for a PMO Manager to join the team. The PMO Manager will support the Head of Transformation in delivering the transformation agenda by managing the day-to-day operations of the Transformation Office. This role will ensure effective project governance, reporting and delivery across the transformation roadmap, working closely with project teams and stakeholders to drive best practices and successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Project Governance & Methodology: Implement and maintain project management methodologies, tools and governance frameworks. Work with project managers and stakeholders to ensure compliance and consistency across all transformation projects. Portfolio Coordination: Monitor and track the progress of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines and resource plans. Reporting & Governance: Prepare and deliver regular project status updates, risk and issue logs and benefits tracking reports for various governance forums including Executive and Management Team steering committees. Project Support & Delivery: Provide hands-on support, guidance and advise to project teams, facilitating planning, design and execution of projects of varying size and complexity. Proactively identify and escalate risks, issues and dependencies. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with project sponsors, leads and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, issue resolution and decision-making. Change Management Support: Support the implementation of change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and adoption across impacted teams. Provide oversight of the transformation roadmap to ensure a co-ordinated change management approach. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, tools, and templates. Support the Head of Transformation in embedding a culture of continuous improvement. Key Relationships: Head of Transformation Transformation Office Team Programme and Project Leads Functional and Divisional Teams External Consultants and Partners The successful candidate will have/be: 4-6+ years post qualification experience in project management or PMO roles, ideally within transformation or change programmes. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Relevant third-level qualification (e.g. Business, IT, or related discipline) or experience. Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous. Experience in change management and benefits realisation is desirable. Experience in consultancy within project management environments, including advising stakeholders and driving successful project delivery is desirable. Musgrave is an equal opportunities employer.
