The team provides operational oversight for all loan transactions within its supported business division, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.**What you’ll do*** Loan execution, funding and lifecycle management for syndicated, bilateral, corporate, structured lending and trade facilities.* Manage deal closing pipeline, coordinate of lifecycle events (covenants and collateral), capture data, store documentation, troubleshoot, and perform quality control.* Work to operational metrics and risk/control reviews for end-to-end transparency.* Partner with business lines, credit risk, operations, and legal to align with strategic vision.* Assess and manage risk, ensuring compliance, ethical conduct, and transparent control issue escalation.* Ensure data quality, controls, and processes meet internal policies and regulatory requirements.* Assist with refining processes, standards, procedures, controls, and training for transaction management.* Help design, implement, test, and roll out technology solutions as required.* Train and support transaction management staff and business constituents.* Continuously help to improve processes, controls, and efficiencies across the loan lifecycle.* Lead projects for performance and efficiency enhancement as necessary.* Serve as escalation point for loan remediation and system testing/migrations.**What we’ll need from you*** Extensive experience with LMA loan documentation, syndicated transactions and transaction / data capture tools.* Extensive relevant work experience.* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage priorities, and work independently.* High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.* Familiarity with Tableau or other visualization tools.* Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.* Client relationship and solution skills.* Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent work experience required.**What we can offer you**By joining Citi Dublin, you will not only be part of a business casual workplace with a hybrid working model (up to 2 days working at home per week), but also receive a competitive base salary (which is annually reviewed) and enjoy a whole host of additional benefits that support you (and your family) to be well, live well and save well.
