Join our team at a global tech company as a Community Operations Analyst – IRAQI Arabic speaker, ensuring a safe and positive user experience while enforcing platform policies.
What You’ll Do
- Investigate & resolve user-reported issues
- Review & moderate content within set guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries with speed, empathy & accuracy
- Analyse data to improve user experience
- Identify trends & escalate issues as needed
What You Need
- Fluent in IRAQI Arabic & English (written & verbal)
- Strong resilience & adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work shifts (including late nights & weekends)
- Full work authorization in Ireland
