The Opportunity Were looking for an International Tax Manager to join a dynamic and growing finance team supporting global operations. Reporting directly to the Global Tax Director (US-based), youll take ownership of international tax compliance, transfer pricing, and R&D credit optimization across multiple regions. This role offers wide exposure, meaningful responsibility, and a chance to develop within a company that values learning, growth, and inclusion. What Youll Do Manage and review transfer pricing documentation across multiple international regions. Partner cross-functionally to maximize global R&D credits and document eligible spend. Prepare quarterly international tax provisions and support financial reporting processes. Collaborate with external tax providers to ensure accurate and timely corporate tax filings. Oversee indirect tax returns across several jurisdictions. Support internal and external audits with relevant tax information. Maintain and enhance internal control documentation related to tax responsibilities. What You Bring A qualified tax professional with 35 years post-qualification experience. Strong understanding of international tax, R&D incentives, and cross-border structures. Previous exposure to US multinationals and knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley and financial reporting standards. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with excellent communication and organization skills. A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.
