CPD Operational & Clinical Support Scheduling is managed for you, your Regional Manager will handle all bookings. Support from our Clinical Lead Our Quality and Standards Team provides guidance with report submissions and ensures compliance with clinical standards. Details of Post: The person appointed to this post will work as aSeniorSpeech and Language Therapist, taking a lead clinical role in delivering a high-quality Speech and Language Therapy service. This includes conducting interventions, bespoke SLT projects, and AON assessmentson behalf ofConstellation Healthcare. Assisting with ADOS assessments will berequiredas needed. PurposeofPost: To provide a quality intervention and SLT Assessment Service to Constellation Healthcare and the childrenallocatedto you. Tobe responsible forthe provision of a high-quality Speech and Language Therapy servicein accordance withstandards of professional practice. Tobe responsible forthe carrying out of the AON Assessment and working with the Psychologist and other clinicians todetermineoutcome and results. Attend an MDT meeting to discuss finding, recommendations and complete the Summary Report ina timelymanner. On occasion family feedback will be require. Intervention Delivery: Provide direct intervention services whereappropriate, including individual or group therapy sessions, based on assessment outcomes and multidisciplinary team recommendations. Eligibility Criteria: Recognised IASLT-accredited Speech and Language Therapy qualification Active CORU registration. Minimum three years post-qualification experience. Proven skills in Speech and Language assessments and case management. Intervention Delivery Strong communication and teamwork abilities within a multidisciplinary setting. Active commitment to CPD and ongoing professional growth. Full drivers licence and access to transport for service support. Demonstrated ability to practice autonomously as well as collaboratively within an MDT.
