Salary: €35,000 Programme start date: 7 September 2026 The Property Graduate Programme includes two placements: Stretch Placement: A role outside your academic background to broaden your experience and skillset Core Placement: A role aligned with your area of study or interest in property Each placement is structured around clear deliverables, ensuring you can track your progress and make a measurable impact. With over 150 stores across Ireland, our property team manages a diverse portfolio, offering you exposure to: Store development and refurbishment projects Lease and asset management Strategic planning and site selection Sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives You'll gain hands-on experience in how property decisions support Tesco's long-term growth and customer experience. You will be completing core work for your function as well as a collaborative project with other Graduates. This project will be presented to management towards the end of your programme. This section is here to help you get a feel for what each scheme is about and what might suit you best. Don't worry if you don't have all the skills listed - we don't expect you to. We're looking for potential, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. We'll support you to build the rest. An interest in how things work - from idea to delivery - is really useful A curious mind and enjoying seeing a plan come together is something we value You might work with data to help inform decisions, but experience isn't essential Our core purpose, "Serving our customers, communities and planet a little better every day" means we always keep customers at the heart of what we do, while also reflecting our responsibilities to the communities we serve and to society more broadly. At Tesco, inclusion means that Everyone's Welcome. Everyone is treated fairly and with respect; by valuing individuality and uniqueness we create a sense of belonging. Diversity and inclusion have always been at the heart of Tesco. It is embedded in our values: we treat people how they want to be treated. We always want our colleagues to feel they can be themselves at work and we are committed to helping them be at their best. Across the Tesco group we are building an inclusive workplace, a place to actively celebrate the cultures, personalities and preferences of our colleagues - who in turn help to build the success of our business and reflect the diversity of the communities we serve. Our office is based in Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin and Tesco has embraced hybrid working. We have open plan offices and informal breakout spaces so teams can collaborate together. We've a subsidised colleague restaurant for all breakfast, lunch and snack requirements. At the weekly "Team 5" update you'll get to hear about exciting events happening across our stores and any important business updates. We have stunning views of Dublin Bay from our office and are ideally located next to public transport options and lots of handy amenities in the local area.
