Overview

Recruitment Consultant | Flexible Location (Galway, Dublin, London & Hybrid)

Recruitment Consultants (Senior & Junior) required for the ICDS Group in various locations. We recruit white-collar Project Management, Design & Construction professionals for clients in Ireland, the UK, Europe and internationally (Canada, US, Australia).

Responsibilities

- Recruiting and searching for qualified candidates as per client’s requirements.
- Clients are typically Tier 1 main contractors, developers, and consultancies.
- We offer a hybrid week with a mix of home and head office, ideal for work‑life balance.
- This is a fast-paced environment requiring drive and determination to succeed; some previous recruitment experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

- The ideal candidate will have a third level qualification in construction, engineering, surveying, architecture or a related field, coupled with at least 2 years post‑graduate experience in their chosen profession.
- Full training will be provided in relation to recruitment techniques.
