Deliver consistently high standards of food and service. Take an active role in menu planning and innovation. Ensure food is prepared and served to perfection, following hotel recipes and standards. Maintain strict food safety and hygiene practices. Keep inventory organized and ensure proper product rotation. Assist in plating dishes with flair and creativity. Contribute to a positive and productive kitchen environment. What Were Looking For: 1-2+ years of experience in a similar role. HACCP trained with a strong understanding of food safety. Experience in fine dining and weddings is a plus. Passionate about food, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. A team player who thrives under pressure. Whats in It for You?
