We’re recruiting a Finishing Foreman for a leading construction contractor delivering a high quality commercial office development in Dublin. - Oversee finishing trades, including plastering, joinery, painting and tiling, ensuring high standards of workmanship.
- Coordinate subcontractors and manage finishing programmes to keep the project ontrack.
- Carryout quality checks, manage snagging and drive the project towards a defect free handover.
- Work closely with site management and trades to resolve issues and maintain progress.
- Ensure all finishing works meet health, safety and quality standards. What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Finishing Foreman or Finishing Supervisor on construction projects within Ireland / UK.
- Senior Engineers looking to stepup also considered.
- Strong knowledge of finishing trades, quality control and snagging.
- Driving License
- Irish Passport / Right to Work in Ireland What’s on Offer?
