STEM Recruitment Partners is working with a pharma client based in South Dublin that is seeking an Equipment/Project Engineer to join their operations. This will be to support the new Syringe Filler equipment projects and operations. This is an initial 12-month contract role with a strong likelihood of long-term placement €50-60/hour DOE Job Responsibilities: Lead engineering projects, including prioritizing tasks, managing risks, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Support the installation and integration of new Syringe Fillers and inspection equipment over the next 12-18 months. Resolve non-conformance issues and drive corrective actions to maintain project quality and timelines. Attend daily project meetings, track action items, and ensure the engineering team remains aligned with project goals. Collaborate with maintenance teams to address equipment reliability and performance issues. Ensure compliance with GXP procedures and regulatory standards throughout all project phases. Train operators and technicians on new equipment, supporting smooth operations and knowledge transfer. Manage third-party vendors and suppliers to ensure project deliverables meet quality and budget requirements. Job Requirements: A third-level qualification in Mechanical, Process, Chemical, Manufacturing, Biotechnology, or a related field. 2-5+ years of experience working in Life Sciences/Pharmaceuticals industry. Semi-conductor industry may be considered. Hands-on experience working on Vial Fill/Syringe Fill equipment is advantageous Proven project management experience, ideally involving equipment installation and system integration. Strong communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external stakeholders effectively. Skills: Equipment Engineering Process Engineer Pharma
