Merging your passion for sport with a dynamic retail position at Nike, you will provide world‑class service to our customers while supporting store operations and brand experience.

What You Bring

Expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.

Assist retail leads and floor managers (coaches) in training new employees.

Support various store departments (operate cash register, manage incoming/outgoing goods, refill products, build visual displays) and recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.

Use digital device knowledge to create a bond between online and offline sales or services in the store.

Inform consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.

Continuously improve your knowledge via tools and training courses to stay up to date and gain insights on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Qualifications

Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.

Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.

Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.

Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays, based on department and store/company needs.

Availability

8 hours per week – fully flexible, minimum 4 days.

Must be available a minimum 3 nights a week and can work both Saturday & Sunday.
