Our client is a large organisation focused on preventing homelessness and empowering young people to overcome challenges and build brighter futures. They are currently seeking a dedicated Social Care Worker to join their team. The Role: Become part of a passionate team dedicated to making a difference As a Social Care Worker, youll provide essential care, protection, and guidance for vulnerable young people, working with experienced professionals to develop tailored support plans that foster growth and resilience.
