Job Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our busy restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality management, a passion for excellent customer service, and proven leadership skills to manage and motivate a diverse team.You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of food quality and service, managing staff schedules, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Requirements Minimum of five years of relevant experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Alternatively, a relevant qualification (Level 6 or higher) in Hospitality orRestaurant Management. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good knowledge of food safety standards and best practices. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
