Key responsibilities include Responsible for the overall nightly running of the operation to high four star standards. Ensuring control , procedures and systems are improved and maintained throughout the hotel to ensure the smooth running of the hotel on a nightly basis. Motivate and coach the team to ensure high four star standards are maintained and support them when needed. Correspond and communicatewith guests showinga high levelof competence in letter / email writing.
