Bakewell Manager - Applegreen Ballyfermot

What will I be doing as a Bakewell Manager at Applegreen?

- Oversee daily operations of the Bakewell, ensuring compliance with company standards in food preparation, cooking, cleanliness, and customer service.

- Lead and manage a team, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.

- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Drive sales and achieve sales targets.
