The Opportunity Join a vibrant, diverse, and multidisciplinary office in Cork or Dublin. Working directly with the Architecture Discipline Lead, you will primarily support the Science, Industry and Technology (SIT) portfolio, providing design leadership on some of our most prominent projects. Together we will build a diverse team with a balance of skills to enact this vision.
Responsibilities Deliver full design services tailored to client needs, from concept design through to project handover.
Manage the design and delivery of large, technical projects (experience is beneficial).
Collaborate with other disciplines to produce fully coordinated project information including BIM models, drawings, schedules, and specifications.
Qualifications Masters/Bachelor of Architecture.
Minimum 6 years post-graduate experience.
Revit.
We Also Value RIAI Registered Membership, or eligibility to register.
Experience leading large design teams on complex projects from concept through to completion within a multi-disciplinary team.
Knowledge of the Irish Building Regulations and BCAR system or UK Building Regulation approval system.
Experience in delivering sustainable buildings preferred.
Working knowledge of the Science, Industry and Technology business is favourable.
