High Salary: Assistant Manager, Restructuring

At Kroll, we're seeking an ambitious and qualified Assistant Manager to join our Restructuring Team in Dublin.
Kroll's Restructuring & Advisory practice acts as a financial advisor to companies, financial sponsors, lenders, creditors, and other interested parties in distressed situations across various industries.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and deliver reports to Managing Directors, delegating tasks to team members and ensuring timely completion.
2. Supervise detailed financial analysis of statutory accounts, management information, cash flow forecasts, and long-term models, identifying key trends and performance drivers.
3. Manage stakeholder relations, liaise with clients, employees, agents, and solicitors as needed.
4. Ensure all deadlines are met and handled appropriately.
5. Create financial forecasts using Microsoft Excel and other programs, with input from clients and historical data.
6. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, assisting with their training and career progression, including appraisals.
7. Assist in preparing tenders for new work and liaising with other offices and service lines.
8. Review Information Memorandums and coordinate with potential purchasers in accelerated M&A transactions.
9. Promote Kroll's services through marketing events, seminars, and presentations.
10. Administer insolvency and restructuring processes, including asset realization, meetings, notices, employee claims, creditor adjudications, and Revenue filings.
Requirements:
1. At least 4 years' experience in Corporate Restructuring, Advisory, Insolvency, or related fields.
2. Strong client service orientation and ability to work independently and within a team.
3. Excellent command of English (written and spoken) and proficiency with MS Office suite.
4. Practical experience with reconciliations, validation, and reporting.
5. Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
6. Good judgment and decision-making skills.
7. High attention to detail.
8. Reliable, flexible, positive attitude.
