The Technical Product Owner works cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to turn complex user needs into technically robust, scalable solutions. Responsibilities include driving product discovery, managing a technical backlog, and ensuring architectural alignment.
Responsibilities: Facilitate domain discovery sessions (e.g., user story mapping, event storming)
Define clear, testable acceptance criteria using structured techniques (e.g., Gherkin)
Own and manage a technical product backlog, including enablers and tech debt
Translate business requirements into actionable technical user stories
Collaborate with architects and developers to guide implementation
Ensure consistent communication between technical and non-technical teams
Proactively identify and address technical risks and constraints
Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in a Technical Product Owner or Technical Product Manager role
Strong foundation in software engineering principles and Agile practices
Experience with domain-driven design and managing non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, security)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven track record of delivering complex, technically sound products
Prior experience in EdTech or enterprise SaaS preferred
