Responsibilities Lead line support, troubleshooting, and process improvements. Drive equipment/process validations and continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor engineers and technicians; collaborate cross-functionally to enhance quality and efficiency. Influence manufacturing strategy as production expands. Educational and professional requirements Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical, or related). 57 years medical device or pharma experience, including line support and leadership. Strong communicator, calm under pressure, and confident decision-maker. Motivated by learning, growth, and making a difference.
