Overview

As an Agility Lead you will play a key role in providing professional services to a range of industries and/or coordinating an area within the Agility domain such as (Scrum Master/Product Owner/Delivery Lead/RTE) to our clients. You will be joining our team of experienced business agility consultants.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate business consulting projects of moderate scope as a trusted business agility partner, support and add value to client engagements.
- Analyse business data to pinpoint opportunities for continuous improvement, execute solutions and process enhancement within the broader framework of business operations.
- Act as primary liaison, partnering with key stakeholders and teams on deliverables and strategic decisions.
- Assess the capabilities and constraints of client environments.
- Convert business goals/objectives into tangible/concrete strategic results.
- Take ownership and drive meaningful results.
- Prioritise workload and manage time effectively in a fast-paced & target-driven environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Achieved a formal certification in agile methodologies (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Kanban, Lean Six Sigma) by an accrediting body.

Essential Skills

- Initiative-taker/proactive and capable of managing tasks autonomously and working effectively with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working autonomously while still contributing to team goals.
- Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively work cross-functionally with both business and technical stakeholders, including clients in a collaborative way.
- Creative and resourceful to overcome unexpected roadblocks.
- Grasp of the fundamentals of Agile development principles and SDLC.
- Grasp of the business consulting life cycle.

Experience

- Experience in applications/technology, leveraging specialised agile domain knowledge within your own area of expertise.
- Practical experience with all stages of the software development life cycle (concept to launch), tools and frameworks required to deliver.
- Knowledge of new and emerging technologies based on own area of expertise such as (Scrum Master/Product Owner/Delivery Lead/RTE).
- Experience in designing/creating various types of collateral materials such as presentations and case studies.
- Experience in managing the change control process.
- Ability to manage own expenses and ensure adherence of others to the expense policy.
