The Role:

As a Healthcare Solicitor, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing expert legal advice on complex healthcare and clinical negligence matters

- Representing clients in high-stakes litigation, primarily in the defence of medical negligence claims

- Managing a diverse caseload involving both advisory and contentious healthcare work

- Developing strong, trust-based relationships with clients and key stakeholders across the healthcare sector

- Contributing to the ongoing development and success of the healthcare team within the firm

The Person:

- Experience in medical negligence defence work or defence litigation is essential

- Candidates with 3+ years' PQE and strong experience in healthcare law or claims will also be considered

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal cases and deliver strategic, commercially sound advice

- Practical and commercial understanding of healthcare clients' needs

- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Highly motivated with a client-focused approach and strong commercial awareness
