Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position (The What) To excel in this role, we are seeking experienced professionals who possess: Proven Expertise in Power Platform: Extensive hands-on experience as a Power Platform Developer, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of successful projects utilising Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. Solution Architecture & Integration: Advanced proficiency in designing robust Power Platform solutions, including data modelling, connector development, and seamless integration with diverse enterprise systems and data sources. Problem-Solving & Client Engagement: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with strong client-facing and communication skills to effectively gather requirements, provide expert guidance, and manage stakeholder expectations. Leadership & Mentorship: A track record of mentoring junior developers, fostering professional growth, and contributing to a high-performing team culture. Success in the Role: Performance Outcomes in your first 6-12 months (The What) Strategic Solution Delivery: Successfully lead the design, development, and implementation of at least 3-5 complex Power Platform solutions, meeting client specifications and exceeding quality benchmarks. Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Actively mentor junior team members, contributing to their skill development and ensuring adherence to best practices, thereby enhancing overall team capability. Seamless Integration & Optimisation: Drive the successful integration of Power Platform solutions with existing client systems, ensuring optimal data flow, functionality, and performance. Client Trust & Advisory: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively identifying evolving needs and providing expert guidance on leveraging Power Platform capabilities for maximum business impact. What type of work will I be doing? (The How) Solution Design & Client Collaboration (25%): Collaborating closely with clients to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into robust and scalable Power Platform solution designs. Providing expert guidance on Power Platform capabilities. Development & Integration (40%): Developing custom applications, workflows, and automations using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. Integrating these solutions with other systems and data sources to ensure seamless data flow and functionality. Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance (15%): Identifying and resolving technical issues, providing ongoing support for deployed solutions, and conducting thorough testing to ensure solutions meet client specifications and are defect-free. Documentation & Training (10%): Creating detailed technical documentation and training materials for clients and internal teams to ensure successful adoption and maintenance of solutions. Team Leadership & Mentorship (10%): Mentoring and providing guidance to junior developers, sharing best practices, and fostering professional growth within the team. Who is the Hiring Manager?
