What You’ll Be Doing
As a Goods Inward Administrator, you’ll be the go-to person for all things goods-related. You’ll update documentation, answer queries, keep things running smoothly, and keep your cool in a fast-paced environment. It’s a mix of admin, customer service, and a bit of everything in between.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and track goods inwards – no item gets lost on your watch.
- Answer questions, solve issues, and keep things moving.
- Support counter sales and prep sales dockets.
- Handle petty cash and assist the cash office when needed.
- Keep the workplace tidy, safe, and secure.
- Be a health & safety champ, following company guidelines.
- Build relationships with customers – it’s all about the people
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in goods inward admin? Great
- Super organized and great with details.
- Good with numbers and written communication.
- Team player, but also can work on your own.
- Customer-focused and a problem-solver.
- Flexible and ready to learn new things.
