Shift Maintenance Technician Kildare | €60,000 €70,000 A dynamic manufacturing business in Co. Kildare is seeking a committed Shift Maintenance Technician to join their team. This permanent, full-time role will support rotating shift patterns (including nights/weekends) and contribute to the maintenance and reliability of key production operations. Key Responsibilities: Execute breakdown repairs and preventive maintenance on machinery and plant equipment Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineering teams to optimise uptime Support continuous improvement initiatives on process reliability and production efficiency Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activity, spare parts usage, and equipment status Ensure compliance with safety standards and shift handover procedures Requirements: Trade qualification or equivalent experience in mechanical or maintenance discipline Proven experience on shift-based maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial setting Strong fault-finding skills, both mechanical and/or electrical Ability to work autonomously and under pressure during shift rotations Full clean driving licence preferred Whats On Offer: Salary: €60,000 €70,000 depending on experience and shift allowances Rotating shift pattern with enhanced earnings and overtime potential Permanent role with development opportunities in the maintenance team Supportive environment within a well-established manufacturing facility Apply in confidence with your CV for immediate consideration.
