At Culligan, we believe that cleaner, healthier water contributes to improving lives globally. We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Telesales Executive to join our growing team.

This role will deliver the desired Water Cooler sales and performance targets. Working in partnership with the overall Sales Teams to deliver the Growth Plan through a significant period of growth for Culligan.

The role can be based onsite in either our Dublin or Galway offices.

Responsible for ensuring KPI's are achieved in meeting and exceeding your Sales Targets, through following up on Leads/Opportunities within our CRM system are met in alignment with our Growth Plan and product family strategy.

Driving both Mains Fed and Bottled Water Cooler growth (new and existing customers) within their scope

Executing the Growth Plan within their geography ensuring alignment to wider business objectives

Responsible for accurate and timely setup of all Telesales accounts

Supporting your team and line manager in delivery of business objectives

Responsible for maintaining strong communications with all departments and personnel

Work closely with the necessary operational teams and the customer to ensure effective and efficient delivery of all Cooler Sales

Responsible for accurate updating of our CRM with key information to enable successful and accurate measurement of Targets and tracking of all mandatory KPIs

Responsible for personal governance and adherence to procedures ensuring compliance with company policy and best practice

Responsible for personal compliance with and suggesting improvements to the end-to-end joining process, policies and procedures

Requirements

Ability to handle a range of priorities

Demonstrated commercial awareness

Demonstrated good oral and written communication skills

Demonstrated competence in using Microsoft Office tools

A proven track record of providing good customer service

Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve targets

Telesales Experience desirable

Knowledge and demonstrated skills in utilizing a CRM effectively is desirable

Base Salary + Commission Structure OTE between €37k - €41k
